Upon leaving the Army as a Captain with the Singapore Special Forces, Danny proceeded to advice and train numerous law enforcement agencies and military tactical units around the world before serving Fortune 500 and Government clients with Olive Group in austere environments on four continents. Danny was then Director of Global Risk Assessments at iJET International Inc. which provided operational intelligence to 650 of the Fortune 2000 companies and numerous government agencies. At iJET International Inc., Danny also negotiated with pirates and kidnappers. Danny is now Regional Director, Global Safety and Security at a major hospitality company.
 
Danny has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (Finance). He also attended the Strategic Leadership Program at Oxford University, ISMA Leadership Program at Georgetown University & Online Executive Program at Cornell University. Danny is Executive Fellow at the Essex Business School, University of Essex where he is pursuing his Doctorate and a lecturer with the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University.
 
Danny currently sits on the advisory council of Harvard Business Review, ASIS International Asia Pacific, Overseas Security Advisory Council – Singapore of the U.S. Department of State, Certified Counter Terrorism Practitioner Board and helps to lead the Asia Analyst roundtable.
 
In his free time, Danny volunteers as an Associate Mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre & Small Claims Tribunals – The Subordinate Courts of Singapore and runs his micro social initiative organization called “Making a Difference”.
